When you create a Publisher Account, you agree to the Terms of Use and these Publishing Rules. All published material from Publishers must adhere to the standards outlined in these Publishing Rules, the Site's Terms of Use, and any internal publishing rules (collectively hereinafter "Publishing Policies"). All users are required to follow these policies. Any content that does not adhere to such Publication Policies will be deleted. We may discover the Policy that was violated in certain situations, but we are not required to do so. If the published material violates any law or regulation, the Publisher's account will be deleted, and he or she will be prohibited from creating new accounts.

If third parties issue DMCA takedown notifications or otherwise notify us that you have posted infringing material, we will follow our repeat offender policy. Finestgirls may allow the Publisher to submit new material that meets our Publishing Guidelines if the content is taken down for minor reasons. Finestgirls does not assist Publishers in creating or selecting content.

License Granted to the Platform:

You are hereby granting the Site a fully paid, worldwide, irrevocable license to use and distribute any content you provide it with. You are requesting and directing us to make such material available to other site visitors by uploading and/or streaming anything through the Site.

Restrictions:

THIS SITE MAY NOT BE USED FOR THE ADVERTISING OF SEXUAL SERVICES OR TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF MONEY FOR SEX OR OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.

The advertiser shall not link any ad to a website, web page, post, blog, writing, or media that implies the advertiser will engage in unlawful activity.

Postings, uploads, publications, and dissemination of any media or communication on a third-party site, service, network, or platform that implies that the Publisher is prepared to engage in unlawful behaviors are expressly prohibited.

You may not ask for or send money, or any other financial assistance, to or from any Subscriber you meet on this Site except in connection with Subscription or Store purchases.

Age Verification/Section 2257 Compliance:

ALL PERSONS DEPICTED IN THE IMAGES OR VIDEO THAT YOU STREAM AND/OR UPLOAD TO THE SITE MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE WHEN THE DEPICTION WAS CREATED.

You acknowledge and agree that the Site acts as an online third-party publishing platform therefore, if You determine that Your uploaded material contains actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, it is Your responsibility to ensure that Your material complies with all provisions of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 & 2257A et seq., as amended. You also acknowledge that it is your legal duty to comply with the labeling standards specified in Section 2257, and you must furnish the information stipulated by such regulations for each depiction included in Your material and maintain all required age records, URLs, and other information. Nothing on this website is meant to be legal advice for Section 2257 compliance or any other obligation. User Content:

Users may post photographs, images, graphics, comments, identifying information, video, and other content to this Site as long as they comply with these terms of use, rules, and conditions ("User Content"). You are informed that other site users will have unrestricted access to all such material and that all such postings are non-confidential. Users are not expressly prohibited from copying and redistributing UserContent, although doing so is technically illegal. You agree and acknowledge that all such material may be seen or forwarded to anyone, retained by anybody, or utilized by anybody for the duration of time (even if it is removed from this Site).

Finestgirls is not required to install measures to prevent the copying of User Content by third parties and is not necessary to take legal action against such third parties on Your behalf.

You acknowledge and agree that Finestgirls, in its "Good Samaritan" rights under 47 U.S.C. §230, has the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or refuse to post any information or material submitted for publication on this Site at Finestgirls' sole and absolute discretion. 

Finestgirls is not responsible for failing to comply with any of the procedures above.

Consequences of Publishing:

You are solely responsible for any information you provide. You must inform any user of the Site or otherwise about anything you share with them and agree that whatever information you disclose to another person is public knowledge. In no event shall we be held responsible or liable for any information you provide to any user who then uses, transmits, or misuses it. You agree that your disagreement will be direct with the user in such a circumstance. You believe in being accountable.
